In my practice, I aim to create a space that is curious and open so that we can intentionally respond to parts of yourself and your life that you hope to better understand, enhance, and perhaps even challenge. I work with individuals navigating both past and present experiences and life transitions that impact their sense of identity, their ability to engage fully in relationships, or limit their capacity to find success in areas of their life that matter most to them. The focus of my work with clients is often on experiences of grief and loss, trauma, relationship or family changes, or career stressors.
