I work with individuals who not only experience day to day stresses but who have also experienced trauma. I have been trained in and utilize the following approaches to therapy: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Inner Child Therapy. Each client is unique so therapy is tailored to that individual giving them the best opportunity to reach their specific and identified goals.
