I specialize in working with women who are navigating a range of emotional challenges and concerns, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and family/relational difficulties. Additionally, I provide support to clients at various stages of life whether you are a college student, young adult/professional, individuals undergoing life transitions, new mothers, or those grappling with parenting struggles. My experience in these areas allows me to offer targeted, empathic care tailored to each client's unique situation. I am committed to creating a therapeutic environment that is compassionate, authentic, nonjudgmental and safe where clients can explore their challenges.
