I work with individuals and couples who feel anxious, depressed, disconnected, or stuck and are ready to find a better way forward. Many of my clients are navigating relationship struggles, big life changes, or the effects of past trauma. I have specialized education and training working with military veterans and their families. I also understand the unique challenges of parenting (especially neurodiverse children). My goal is to help you find balance and peace when life feels like a whirlwind of chaos.
