Regardless of what brings you in to therapy, I provide a safe, accepting space to promote healing and personal growth. I provide treatment for children, adolescents, and adults seeking both individual and couples therapy and conduct psychological evaluations. I have experience working with a wide variety of concerns, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, sexual concerns, and identity concerns. I am trained in trauma-informed therapy, including the use of EMDR (Eye-Movement, Desensitization, and Reprocessing).
