I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about working with families to help them connect, reflect, and repair relationships. Skills gained from therapy is important, but the magic happens when they are practiced within the home. I work with my patients to identify what's going on underneath the surface as behaviors are symptoms of a need, emotion, motive, etc. Therapy is most effective when you trust your therapist and feel understood so I strive to create a warm and nonjudgemental space for my patients and focus on building a strong relationship first.
