I have worked with clients who have experienced child abuse and neglect, sexual abuse, family conflict, divorce, and life transitions. I also offer support for first responders and those dealing with codependency, gambling, weight loss, dating struggles, and women's issues—spaces where stigma often prevents people from seeking the help they need. These clients have sought support and guidance to improve coping skills, emotional regulation, improved quality of life, improved relationships, and behavior change. Each client's goals drive the therapy process. I will incorporate evidence-based practices to therapy to reach the goals.
