Hi there! I am a Marriage and Family Therapist, practicing for over 20 years. My work is grounded in the belief that healing and growth are always possible. Together, we will work toward greater clarity, self-compassion, and meaningful change through a compassionate partnership that respects your journey and honors your resilience. As a leader in transformational interpersonal and relationship work, I hold space for the expression of emotion and support in connecting you to who you get to be in the world. For those interested in healing through connection with nature, I offer in-person work through forest therapy and ocean therapy.
