I believe people deserve to live a life that brings them joy and stability. I offer a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment to help you explore what’s going on underneath the surface. I work with individuals to address challenges with focus, emotional regulation, self-worth, and connection. I specialize in working with clients who are living with ADHD, healing from trauma, or feeling stuck in unhelpful relationship patterns. Many of my clients are trying to balance the demands of daily life while managing internal struggles that aren’t always visible to others.
