Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself and work through life’s challenges at your own pace. My approach is warm, supportive, and focused on giving you practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. As a person with multiple strongly held personal identities, I understand the importance of navigating unique life experiences. I specialize in helping adults who are coping with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and major life transitions. I like to think of it as a get to know you for both of us. For me, it will be a lot of questions to get to see if I would be best to serve you and for you to get a feel if I am best to serve you.
