Hello! My name is Eshini Mendis, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Central Valley, California, and work with clients statewide via telehealth. My approach is grounded in creating a safe and empathetic space for children, teens, and adults. My primary practice focus is Cognitive Behavior Therapy as I strongly believe that our thoughts heavily influence our behaviors.
