Hello. I am a punky alternative therapist and enjoy working will those who feel like misfits. I am neurodivergent and really do understand the struggle is real. I help those with trauma using EMDR and IFS. Anxiety and depression go hand in hand and can have you spiraling out of control. I use humor in sessions to alleviate anxiety and provide a comfortable and safe space. Deconstruction religious trauma? I'm your gal. If you are peri, post, or just downright menopausal, look no further. I am your Peri Godmother. I am LGBTQIA+, kink and poly friendly. I work M-Th 10-7. My specialty therapies include EMDR and IFS. For talk therapy, I prefer strengths- based and using basic interpersonal skills to create a safe space for clients to talk. Some previous clients have said they did not feel like they were in therapy with me, but that it still worked to alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety.
