My name is Esmeralda Reynoso and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been a social worker for over 20 years. I am based in Orange County, California and I am also available via telehealth. I work with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression. I am committed to helping my clients work through difficulties and reach their goals. My approach to therapy is guided by the needs of each client I work with. Generally, I have found Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to be highly effective with many clients. However, I also incorporate aspects of other therapy modalities when it benefits my clients.
