I will meet all parts of you with compassion and understanding, while supporting you in clarifying your purposes, cultivating inner and outer resources necessary for progress, and developing practices and insights into what obstructs movement towards peace, wisdom, love and fulfilment in your life. I have extensive experience in trauma-informed IFS, addiction and substance use through a harm reduction lens, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, and navigating challenging intrapersonal and interpersonal relational dynamics.
