Many of my clients are living with the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, or ongoing stress and feel discouraged by therapy that has not fully met their needs. They may feel unheard, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or others, or stuck in survival mode. Many are navigating identity-related stress, intergenerational trauma, or experiences of marginalization. They want more than symptom relief. They are seeking affirming, compassionate therapy that supports regulation, connection, resilience, and lasting change. I’m Estella Ngoie, LMHC, founder of Stellar Health Counseling. I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults and couples through in-person private-pay therapy for Orlando residents, and virtual sessions throughout Florida. My integrative approach draws from CBT, DBT, IFS, and trauma-focused care, tailored to each client.
