I am a Somatic Psychotherapist with a focus on helping to build resilience and regulation in ones nervous system. This allows for an organic shift in dealing with life’s stresses whether it comes from current stressors or from traumas of the past as far back as utero (Developmental Trauma). This positively impacts emotional, physical and spiritual well being. I like working with adults who are in transition, who are struggling in their relationship, and/or who continue to have the after effects of traumas in their lives. It is my belief that wounding begins in relationship and therefore needs to be healed in relationship.
