Some of the problems I treat in individual psychotherapy include anxiety and stress, depression, grief and loss and the myriad challenges that come with any life transition. I currently focus my practice on working with adults, both individually and as couples. When working with couples I include practical information on exactly what the research has to say on what makes relationships succeed in general. I then focus on the deeper and more personal factors that that are helping or hindering a couple in finding their way to each other and to greater relationship satisfaction.
