Becoming a therapist is something I knew I wanted from a young age after seeing the meaningful difference support can make for people navigating life’s challenges. I believe therapy is a collaborative process. We work together as a team, with you playing an active role in your growth and healing. My role is to guide and support you while honoring the effort and insight you bring to the process. Using approaches such as EMDR and DBT, I help clients process difficult experiences and build skills that strengthen their ability to face life’s challenges with greater confidence. As we work together, many of my clients share that over time they feel calmer, more in control, and less alone.
