Sometimes life can feel like too much. The demands overwhelming. The pain unbearable. The shame suffocating. Sometimes we feel broken or empty inside or go through a loss and feel like life as we knew it will never be the same. I get that. As a therapist, I've been a partner in my client's journeys to healing. With warmth, compassion and skill, I have effectively helped individuals facing a variety of issues including trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, major life changes, grief and loss and relationship difficulties. I am specially trained in multiple models to treat trauma. I utilize and have seen powerful healing with the IFS model. I provide a safe space where you will feel accepted, seen and heard. With calm and compassion, I will help you on your journey to uncover your truest self with trust, hope and healing.
