Hey there! I'm glad you're here. :) My name is Esther Castañeda and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. Some of my specialties include managing every-day anxieties; healing from a difficult breakup; working on self-esteem and boundaries; and navigating complicated family relationships. I also offer couples/marriage counseling for those who feel stuck, and pre-marital counseling for those who want to feel prepared before tying the knot! As a Latina I deeply understand the importance of incorporating cultural context into the therapeutic process, and I approach treatment with a strong awareness of cultural values. As a therapist, my goal is to offer compassion, support, and a nonjudgmental space where it feels safe enough to explore your inner world. While I pride myself on leading with empathy and warmth, I am also intentional about helping you identify patterns, build insight, and take meaningful steps toward growth.
