Relationships are opportunities for growth and exploration and yet can be the sources of some of our most painful hurts and losses. Therapy itself is a relationship, and I aim to build one with clients that is authentic and healing. I help people who often feel like they're "too much" or "not enough" better understand themselves and connect with others. With previous experience in LGBTQ healthcare, I have a special appreciation for the intersections of marginalized identities with chronic or stigmatized health concerns. I frequently work with queer and trans people and am kink, ethical nonmonogamy, and sex work affirming. I enjoy supporting artists, caregivers, organizers and those in helping professions.
