Are you feeling anxious and depressed? Are you tired of making the same mistakes, paralyzed by fear or want to overcome an addiction? I can help as a trained LCSW clinician with 36 years of experience. I’m a graduate of Boston College School of Social Work. I teach mindfulness and help clients tap into their own intuitive abilities, helping them navigate their own belief systems in order to find healing. My experience includes working in addiction and mental health. I have both in inpatient and outpatient experience with adults and couples. I lived in New York City for 25 years providing addiction and mental health services.
