I believe that therapy or counseling is an effective tool for deepening a conversation with ourselves. Difficult relationships, painful experiences, traumas, pressures and expectations that come from others and sometimes from within ourselves can confuse and distract us from being able to fully engage with ourselves and our life circumstances.
