I would feel honored to support you or your child's healing journey! I help clients heal from the haunting effects of trauma and abuse. Abuse and trauma unfairly leave people grappling in isolation with: shame depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, PTSD, codependency, identity issues, relationship problems, and hopelessness sometimes to the brink of suicide. Sadly, growing older does not equal outgrowing these painful patterns. Unless we find help, we tend to repeat patterns and treat ourselves the way caregivers did. I help clients break free from their past into their true identity with a lasting sense of worth and peace.
