Hello and welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience in outpatient mental health. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward growth and healing. I believe that each person is the driver of their own life, and my role is to offer guidance, perspective, and a safe, compassionate space along the way. My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we feel truly understood and supported.
