If you feel caught in an intense relationship-where love, fear, and longing seem to collide- you’re not alone. Maybe you feel like you’re constantly walking on eggshells, never sure whether the next moment will bring closeness or conflict. Or maybe you’re feeling stuck in cycles of conflict, trying to be heard but never quite feeling understood. Deep down, you might even question if you’re too much, too needy, or maybe not enough. I want you to know: your feelings make sense. I know how painful it is to want closeness but fear what might happen if you let yourself fully trust. That’s why I do this work.
