Being human and functioning is hard; functioning while dragging the heavy load of trauma can feel impossible. Feeling constantly overwhelmed, angry, fearful, and sad are only a few of the devastating effects that trauma often leaves in its wake. Although the cards that you (and/or your loved ones) have been dealt may feel unfair or unmanageable, you don’t have to go at it solo. Together, we will explore new ways to develop and trust your intuition, tune into your body, and create balance. I specialize in supporting people who have experienced trauma and complex trauma (including attachment wounds, parental abuse, and neglect).
