If you’re feeling stuck, you don’t have to face it alone. I work with adults, children, teens, and caregivers who feel overwhelmed by behavioral issues, trauma, attachment wounds, neurodivergence, adoption or foster care stress, cross-cultural identity, or complex medical needs. My role as a compassionate therapist is to understand your world and help you feel seen, regulated, and connected—so you can move toward healing, stronger relationships, and tools to thrive at home, school, and within yourself. I offer trauma-informed therapy for children, teens, and families using attachment-based care, ACT, and play-informed approaches. I specialize in adoption, foster care, TCKs, neurodivergence, and medical trauma, partnering with caregivers to build regulation, resilience, and secure connection.
