Welcome! I'm glad you're here. My passion in therapy is helping people find healing from addictions, anxiety, depression, and disordered eating through developing a deeper connection to themselves and the world around them. This can often look like simply having a compassionate space to talk through feelings and needs, and sometimes it takes a deeper dive into some old wounds and patterns that can leave us feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I believe at the core of most suffering is our unresolved pain, and that learning to feel and process this, with compassion and authenticity, can lead us into new meanings and restored connection to life. I offer a trauma informed approach, utilizing mindfulness based CBT, internal family systems, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
