Life developments, whether related to transitions, trauma, or daily occurrences, can lead to us feeling alienated from ourselves - but through therapy, we reinforce our ability to right our ship and navigate the obstacles we are facing. Alongside robust experience supporting clients address anxiety and depression, I have particular interest helping individuals navigate life transitions, tech addiction, perinatal/postpartum, intimacy concerns, fatherhood, relationship dynamics, and grief/trauma. My counseling style incorporates optimism, humor, and intentionality. I practice Eclectic Therapy, a highly adaptable and growth-focused approach that utilizes different modalities to meet client's specific and unique needs. Common modalities utilized are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Process, and Relational Therapy.
