I believe everyone has an innate capacity for healing and growth, and the basic right to experience safety, connection, and joy. Most of us face times in life when we become stuck in pain, grief, disconnection, hopelessness, shame, confusion, worry, or other challenges that keep us from living our capacities fully. As a therapist my role is to support you in moving through these challenges in order to reconnect with what matters most to you. I offer a calm, grounded presence; deep curiosity, compassion, and respect; and a nonjudgmental, affirming space to explore your priorities at your pace.
