I entered the field of counseling with the belief that individuals can create real and positive change for themselves. I have been in the field for more than a decade and have worked to help others identify negative patterns in their daily lives and empower them to develop more healthy choices and behaviors. I have a background in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and employ a person-centered approach. I have worked with couples, families, and individuals all working to gain insight and get more out of their lives.
