I am a culturally aware, kink-aware, LGBTQ+ affirming therapist who truly values diversity of identity and experience. I have experience supporting people navigating childhood trauma, attachment wounds, and relational struggles, whether romantic, platonic, or familial. I’ve had particular success working with individuals living with borderline personality disorder, mood disorders, and treatment-resistant depression, using a trauma-informed lens that meets you with care and curiosity. In therapy, we take time to understand how those experiences might be showing up now and make space to reflect, feel, and choose what to carry forward.
