My work as a therapist is guided by the idea that all humans are deserving of connection, acceptance, and nurturing support. Working with people who have experienced trauma, utilizing an eclectic therapy approach including play, building safer attachment, and exploring the parts that make us whole, has shaped my ability to help you process feelings of grief, anxiety, anger, and depression.
