My approach to treatment is informed by my belief in the importance of a therapeutic relationship. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where we work together on understanding the difficulties that have negatively affected your life to allow for the development of your own inherent tools to build a life that is more fulfilling and enjoyable. I have several years of post-graduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. I also draw upon eclectic modalities depending on each person's particular needs. I have experience working with individuals around a variety of issues, such as self-esteem, depression, anxiety and trauma. Underlying my work is the belief that there is a great healing potential in the therapeutic process to facilitate acceptance and growth.
