I specialize in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and relationship problems. This may be due to early life trauma, current relationship conflicts or an inability to feel fulfilled in their careers. When we recognize and access our resilience, we are able to experience growth and create positive changes in our lives. This journey is not always easy, but much can be accomplished when the client feels supported and the process is collaborative. My clients and I know we are on the right track when they recognize improvement in their mood, interpersonal relationships or achieve their career goals.
