I’m an empathic and experienced therapist focused on helping you to develop ways to manage life’s challenges, foster positive self-esteem, and improve relationships. I offer individual and couples therapy with a particular focus on trauma, sexuality, relational conflict, and managing transitions in work and family life. I provide teen therapy and parent guidance. In my extensive work with couples, I focus on trust, intimacy, mutual understanding, and sexuality, as well as conflict resolution and anger management. I have expertise in treating personality disorders (BPD, NPD) with a focus on identity and interpersonal challenges.
