I enjoy working with individuals who are struggling in many different ways, from basic needs to depression to significant loss and trauma; I enjoy working with those who have different mental health disorders (such as ADHD, Bi-polar, Autism, etc.) and also those who just need to talk. Everybody is in their own stage of change and I help you decide where you are and what you need to get to your goal.
