English | 한국어 I'm Eugenie, a queer Korean licensed clinical social worker working with both kids (3 and up) and adults. I enjoy working with kids who are struggling with anxiety and behavioral issues over separation, divorce, immigration, and/or loss, as well as adult clients who have been carrying generational pain for so long, manifesting in OCD, anxiety, and/or cPTSD. I find a lot of joy in working with LGBTQ+ and immigrant clients and feel that even with shared identities, no two experience is the same. Striving to be nonjudgmental and providing unique, individualized care are important to me as a therapist. I think of myself as an attentive therapist and love seeing caregivers gain new perspectives about their children. With adults, you could expect me to be radically accepting of all parts of you, even the shameful parts that have developed for you to survive. I utilize child centered play therapy for kids and utilize pieces of ACT and DBT for adults.
