Hello, I am here to support women over the age of 40 who are struggling with "life transition" issues such as divorce, widowhood, remarriage, launching adult children, career / job changes, and life after retirement. Twenty years ago, I started a "Women of Hope" empowerment group. Since then, I have incorporated clinical strategies and principles from that experience, into my psychotherapeutic approach with women over 40 that provides them with spiritual encouragement, personal support and a sense of revitalization while on their life journey.
