With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in mental health and addiction treatment, I currently serve as a Clinical Director at one of the nation’s largest mental health and addiction treatment centers. My work is grounded in a person-centered, solution-focused approach that helps individuals gain clarity about their current challenges and feel empowered to create meaningful change. I believe individual therapy is one of the most important investments a person can make, as it fosters deeper emotional insight, self-understanding, and the ability to live a healthier, more fulfilling life.
