I’m passionate about working with people who are curious about their inner world and open to making meaningful changes in their lives. I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients across all age groups—from young children to older adults—in a variety of settings, including in-home treatment, outpatient mental health clinics, and assisted living facilities. I support clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, self-esteem, communication, and adjustment issues: immigration, and job/life transitions. My approach is client-centered, blending Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychoanalytic techniques, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to tailor care uniquely to each individual.
