I specialize in trauma therapy and find meaning in supporting clients as they process some of the deepest pain, hardship, and suffering they have endured. One of the most beautiful aspects of my work is watching people develop and practice resilience. Further, being able to support individuals of diverse backgrounds, identities, orientations is important to me, as I believe each person being free to be themselves leads to a vibrant, healthy community. I practice from a place of universal regard, and am racial and ethnically allied, LGBTQ+ allied, and body positivity allied. My training in Clinical and Disaster Psychology allows me to draw from a wide range of evidence-based tools to develop a treatment plan specifically suited to you. I practice from a place of compassion and recognition of resilience, and work hard to create a safe space for all persons.
