Current Openings: Telehealth on Wednesday mornings and Friday afternoons! I work with clients (varying from children ages 10+, to college students, to adults of all ages) who are struggling with many challenges, such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress management, and/or relationship issues. Many of us are looking to improve our mental health, and that can bring up many things and sometimes feels daunting or overwhelming. My goal is always to hold a safe, inclusive, and comfortable space for my clients. I use a person-centered approach with empathy, kindness, and collaboration to meet you where you are at and help you meet your goals.
