My name is Eva Galván and I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in San Diego and working with patients statewide. I work with adolescents and adults and specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief and stress eating, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions. My approach varies based on the needs of each client. I like to meet the clients where they are, validate their concerns and feedback, and address their symptoms and issues through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Solution Focus Therapy while using a Feedback Informed Care model.
