I provide individual counseling to adults aged 18 and up. I support people through a wide variety of the stresses and events that life can throw at us, such as big life transitions, depression, anxiety, and navigating this difficult sociopolitical time. I specialize in working with people with chronic illness, queer and trans people and adults who were diagnosed late with (or suspect they may have) ADHD or autism.
