As a child of immigrants, I am especially interested in working with those who come from immigrant and/or refugee backgrounds where mental health may be stigmatized. I am a LCSW with a decade of social work experience in non-profit, outpatient, school, and start-up settings. In my private practice, I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, cultural identity questions, depression, emotional challenges, grief, intergenerational expectations, and life transitions. Sometimes, you may simply be feeling stuck and overwhelmed, and need a safe space to process and work towards a life that you find fulfilling.
