Together we will use somatic (body-based) techniques, trauma-informed modalities, and deep compassion to identify where these patterns come from, and focus on building skills to bring you closer to safety and connection. Whether you have been in therapy for decades or if this will be your first session, I look forward to working alongside you. I am passionate about working with clients who have a history of trauma, anxiety, difficult family relationships, post-partum distress, and grief. Talking is one piece of the puzzle - together we will also attune to the body, make time for movement, meditation and creative expression.
