With over 20 years of experience, I work with children, teens, and adults navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. I support clients facing trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s unique history and strengths. I draw from both depth-oriented, somatic, and strength-based frameworks, and tailor the work to meet each person where they are. With younger clients, I use a developmentally attuned, play-based approach that fosters connection, safety, and emotional growth.
