I am an educator, researcher, and counselor. I have been working in the field of family life education and family counseling for over 30 years. I enjoy working with individuals and families who are facing everyday and unusual challenges that are affecting their ability to function. My goal is to help families feel normal again. I also help clients who are experiencing traumatic events such as loss of a loved one, or other event that may cause anxiety or depression. I see myself as a detective. When you come to see me, I spend time getting to know you, then I help you set goals to help get to where you want to be.
